The government fee is set by India and depends on your nationality. It isn’t refundable, even if the visa is refused. Our fee is per person and includes checking your documents, fixing your photo and scans, and submitting your application.
No “express” fees. The Indian government doesn’t sell faster e-Visas, so we don’t either. Our job is getting your application right first time.
Most business visits, including meetings with potential partners, use the e-Business visa. The e-Production Investment visa is a newer category for investment in production. Call us and we’ll tell you which fits your trip.

At least 4 days before you arrive in India, and no more than 120 days before. We recommend applying 2 to 3 weeks ahead in case anything needs correcting.
No. The Government of India’s e-Visa fee pays for processing your application, so it isn’t refunded if the visa is refused or you cancel your trip. That’s why we check everything before you pay it.
